World Famous Winter Woofstock is this Weekend!

Calling all dog lovers! This weekend, November 19th & 20th, you will have the chance to join thousands of like-minded dog enthusiasts in a celebration of anything and everything dog-related. Come along and check out all the latest fashion, food, furnishings and “must have” accessories for your four-legged friends.

Woofstock isn’t just for humans, either! All dogs are welcome and will have the chance to participate in lots of activities, contests and more, and there will be some great prizes up for grabs as well!

While you’re enjoying all the fabulous things Woofstock has to offer, be sure to stop by the Jason KB Photo booth! We’ll have a gallery of our work on display, and, for the first time ever, have expanded our booth to include a Jason KB Photo gift shop. A variety of prints and holiday greeting cards will be available for purchase. The cards will feature the winning puppies from our recent holiday card contest and the prints will feature a wide range of Jason’s work from ponies, to birds, to botanicals. Thinking of booking a session with Jason KB Photo? This weekend’s Woofstock is a great opportunity to come and meet us and see some of our work in person.

Woofstock runs from November 19th to 20th, 10:00am to 6:00pm, at the Direct Energy Centre on the CNE grounds. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for seniors, and children under 12 are free. You can also save $2 off the price of a regular ticket by booking early online!  Please keep in mind that admission at the door is cash only.

The Direct Energy Centre is located at 100 Princes Blvd. at Lakeshore Blvd. and Strachan Avenue. It’s easily accessible by car from the Gardiner Expressway or Lakeshore Blvd. or public transit. For more information, please visit www.winterwoofstock.com

Hope to see you all this weekend!

Say hello to our new studio correspondent, Sebastian!

Hey everyone! Come see how good I look!

My name is Sebastian, and I think you’re going to like me. I’m a two and a half year-old Golden Retriever and I live with Jason at his studio. A few days ago, Jason came to me and told me to leave the cats alone asked me if I would like to be featured on the blog. Then I said “What’s a blog?” and he said “You know, it’s like a journal, but on the internet”, and I said “What’s the internet?”. I’m a dog you see, so these sorts of things don’t play a large role in my everyday life. Not like my roadkill skunk chew toy, the ball, TREATS, WALKS, CHASING THE CAT WOOF! THERE-SHE-IS-I-GOTTA-GET-HER

Sorry. I can get a little excited sometimes.

So, after about an hour-long explanation, involving visual aids and podcasts, I knew what the internet was and I knew what a blog was and I was ready to go. Now here I am, typing away. How does a dog type, you ask? How does a dog manage to have such good grammar? Can all dogs read and write this well? ……..It’s best not to question these things, and just enjoy. Really.

In the coming weeks and months I’ll be introducing you to my buddy Jack, who lives at the studio with me, and the bane of my existence, Walter and Hazel, two evil supervillains cats that live at the studio with us, as well. I’ll also be interviewing all the awesome new animals that come by the studio to have their pictures done and telling you all about them!

Have a look at some photos of me below. Look at the way my coat glistens in the sun. The world is my runway!

My name is Sebastian, and I hope you like me.
